Turkish chocolate recipe

We are always fascinated towards chocolate dishes. There’s no need to blame only the little kids, we the, grownups are also very much fond of chocolate cookies. I am going to share a delicious chocolate recipe with you all. It’s a Turkish Chocolate Recipe. Try it, and I guarantee, the taste will linger on your tongue for a long time.

Turkish chocolate recipe

Step 1: take a large packet of Marie Biscuits, and crush half of it in a big bowl. Don’t crush it too much, crush it in such a way that each biscuit breaks into just 4 pieces.

Step 2: Add 4 tablespoon of cocoa powder to the crushed biscuits, mix properly but slowly.

Step 3: In a pan take quarter of a butter, add half a glass of sugar; if you like, you may add more sugar. Now, put it on the stove till the butter and sugar melts. Now mix it well with the crushed biscuits and cocoa powder add a glass of liquid milk.

Keep mixing properly but don’t put too much pressure.

Step 4: Place the whole mixture on a tray. Now shape the mixture like a bread. Once cooled down to room temperature, put it in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours. More would be better.

Step 5: Take it out now and cut into slices! You may slice them into different shapes.

Note: It should be soft. If it isn’t soft then you might have done something wrong, and you might have to do it again.
